    The course supervisor instructs trainees of the workshops and training courses. If you are more advanced, you can also teach courses for professionals. You will work together with a hostess and other instructors. Your main tasks: Giving training courses/workshops; preparatory and completion work (purchasing, cleaning up everything with the whole team after the training course/workshop); making sure the room is tidy and neat. Course supervisor(s) 5-20 hours per week What will you be doing? The workshop facilitator/instructor gives instruction to students of the workshops and training courses. When you are more advanced, you can also give courses for professionals. You will work together with a hostess and other instructors. Your main tasks: Running training courses / workshops; preparatory and finishing work (purchasing, cleaning up with the entire team after the training / workshop); making sure the premises are tidy and clean.     The aim of this course is to acquire basic knowledge as an (auxiliary) pizza baker. After completing the course, you will be able to bake pizza independently and you will have the industry-recognised SVH Pizzaiolo diploma. Experience is not necessary. Pizzaiolo PROF As a baking fan or (catering) professional, do you want to go one step further than acquiring the basic knowledge that you need as a pizza baker? Then the "Pizzaiolo PROF" is a must for you. You will not only learn how to make a classic dough, but also pizza preparation with a predough (biga and poolish) with which you can still learn how to make lighter and tastier pizzas.
