It was a great success. Many colleagues were very enthusiastic about it, and so was I. Marcel and Salvatore know how to create a relaxed, hospitable atmosphere, in a beautiful location among greenery, accessible, special dietary requirements no problem. And last but not least, while playing you learn the intricacies of pizza making hands-on. With all the insider tips & tricks that you never get to know from the books (the pizza bible) or from the TV chefs. We even practiced throwing the pizzas. That was hilarious. And in the end, the result is a delicious pizza that you have made with your own hands. Collected together while enjoying a glass of wine. Really a topper this Pizza Academy. Pizzaiolo MASTER Is only the basic knowledge of a (assistant) pizza baker not enough for you? Do you want to go all the way with the aim of baking pizzas independently?
