Commercial-administrative jack-of-all-trades with experience

16-32 hours p/w


In this versatile position, you will maintain many internal and external contacts. You largely determine the face of the company. You have experience or affinity with social media and you have good office skills. You work closely with the office manager and sales.


What will you be doing?


Your main tasks:

  • Maintenance of website and social media;

  • Sales support, order processing

  • invoicing and administrative support;

  • coordination of courses.


Who are you?


You can empathise well with our customers. You have commercial sense and you keep appointments.


  • You are proficient with MS Office/accounting program etc.;

  • have experience and affinity with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram);

  • are socially adept, creative and communicative;

  • have a good "pen";

  • can work from home but can also come to our office in Bilthoven;

  • are available between 16 and 32 hours (negotiable) per week.

What do we offer?

You will work with an enthusiastic team in a rapidly growing company. You will work at least 4 days from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (days negotiable). Working partly from home is possible.
